There are a lot of famous people — pop stars, movie stars, artists, athletes — who use their celebrity to bring attention to issues that concern them. “Brand: A Second Coming,” Ondi Timoner’s exhausting new documentary, does the opposite. “Brand: A Second Coming” is rated R (Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian). Raunchy language.
