Yesterday wasn't as tough as I'd expected. It helped to have that dream from Saturday night fresh in my heart. Dear Mother/Father/God: I will win the battle over indulgence and seize the day. I will be a living symbol of what it means to be yours. Today, I weighed in at 201lbs.
