Philippians 4:6-7 (No Worries!)

Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

You know I am a worrier! This passage puts in very simple and forward! We need to turn over all our concerns to God. He will decide what needs to be cared for. I need to trust HIM completely!

I cried during Mass today. I want so much to love Christ in the way we are called to do it but worry that it will never come. I want to be so caught up in the passion of the Holy Spirit that I run to embrace him! Today's scripture says, "Do not worry about anything." I worry. I worry that I won't love him enough. I worry that in not loving enough that I will never be blessed to begin the gallery ministry. I am anxious to love with all of me, and to receive his blessing. This verse reminded me to bring my concerns to God: "to let your requests be made known to God." This afternoon, I will pray my request, to love 100% and to be patient. I pray that as I wait for his answer that I will receive the "peace of God." I want so much to love.
