Church Panel Studying Dress Codes for Visitors

INDIA - Even as the rector of the Basilica of Bom Jesus in Old Goa-famous for housing the relics of St Francis Xavier-has decided to enforce modesty in dress among tourists visiting the holy shrine, as also to ban photography within the basilica, a committee of the church in Goa is studying whether to extend the dress code for tourists visiting all other religious shrines in Goa.[link]
