ArtPrize 2014 Shifts Prize Money to Equalize Popular & Juried Votes

MICHIGAN---ArtPrize 2014 is raising the value of its Juried Grand Prize to $200,000, doubling the number of finalists, and giving viewers more second-round votes for the sixth edition of the urban exhibition and $560,000 competition. Total cash prizes awarded by the people and by ArtPrize's jurors will be equal in value for the first time when the contest returns Sept. 24 to Oct. 12 in Grand Rapids.
