The New York art exhibition will highlight some of the best traditional Buddhist art in Myanmar. 
NEW YORK---An exhibition “Buddhist Art of Myanmar” is set to open in New York in the United States displaying religious artifacts from museums in Myanmar. Approximately 70 works from the 5th through to the early 20th century will be on viewFebruary 10 through May 10, 2015 at the Asia Society Museum on Park Avenue, New York. The exhibition includes loans from the National Museums in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw, the Bagan Archaeological Museum, Sri Ksetra Archaeological Museum, and the Kaba Aye Buddhist Art Museum, as well as works from public and private collections in the United States.
