OHIO---U.S. Supreme Court justices are expected to begin discussions Friday to decide whether to hear challenges to same-sex marriage bans in Ohio and three other states. The court, as early as that day, could decide the fate of two cases filed in Ohio, as well as cases filed in Tennessee, Michigan and Virginia. If the justices took up the cases, they would be decided by summer. The Cincinnati-based 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the bans on same-sex marriage in all four states in a 2-1 decision.
