UNITED KINGDOM --- "Under Gods: Stories From Soho Road" is a photographic exhibition of words by Liz Hingley exploring the complexities of everyday religious life around Soho Road in Birmingham, England. The area is home to people from more than 90 countries. Between 2007 and 2009 photographer Liz Hingley lived with and intimately documented different religious communities, including Thai, Sri Lankan and Vietnamese Buddhists, Rastafarians, the Jesus Army evangelical Christians, Sikhs, Catholic nuns and Hare Krishnas. The exhibition at St Mungo Museum Of Religious Life And Art runs through July 2013.
