From AOL Help: Can't Send Emails? (Darn it!)

I restarted and tried to send another email. It didn't work. I'm now on to #2 on list.

Oh well. I don't know what this one is telling me to do! I'm done. I can get emails but can't send. Step #2 is below and I have not a clue what it is saying"

Run AOL Process Shut Down
Closing all AOL processes may resolve the issue. If you are using ACS 4 or ACS 3, you can use the AOL Process Shut Down utility, which is a program that terminates all the AOL applications currently running on your computer. If you are using ACS 2 or ACS 1, you will need to manually close all AOL processes. Please click the appropriate link below for instructions to close AOL processes.
