AOA Review: Say "Yes" to THOR

HOLLYWOOD - It should come as a shock to no one that I recommend going to see "Thor." I know Roger Ebert hates it, but doesn't he hate everything? He's right that the story line plays second to the special effects, including the muscle body every guy imagines he already owns, but hey, it's only fantasy fun--right? As a kid I was a big fan of Thor comic books, and I need not burden you with the story because we all know it. Good Gods triumphs over evil with amazing special effects! Roger may hate it but it's still #1 at the box-office--So, go and have a great time!

It was a maximalist experience for two minimalists who love to collect. We sold off multiple collections, including snow globes, Mary sculptures, paperweights, Disney plates, nutcrackers, 21c penguins, walking canes, and 100 prints and paintings! Most of it was in storage, but plenty was on display. We did it by inviting our community of artists and collectors to an estate sale before opening it to the public. Museum Calls Off Kehinde Wiley Show, Citing Assault Allegations

Bates for The New York Times The Minneapolis Institute of Art announced Thursday that it had decided not to move forward with a planned Kehinde Wiley exhibition, citing recent allegations of sexual misconduct against the artist, which he has denied.
