UNITED KINGDOM - The traditions of Islamic craft and design have influenced artists for centuries and the finest examples of modern-day interpretations are to be shown at special exhibition coming to the Victoria and Albert Museum next month. Sculptures, mosaics and more will be on display as part of the establishment's Jameel Prize, which is an international accolade carrying a £25,000 reward for the finest examples of Islamic art. [link]
