"Godspell" Opens in Indianapolis (Carmel) on Friday

INDIANA - Actors Theatre of Indiana presents the hit musical, "Godspell" based on the Gospel of Matthew, by Stephen Schwartz and John Michael Tebelak this month. Originating in Pittsburgh in 1970, "Godspell" went on to become an international sensation, with favorite songs including "Day by Day" and "Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord." Michael Dotson directs a cast featuring Brandon Alstott as Jesus. Brent Marty is musical director; Carol Worcel, choreographer.
