5 Reasons to Kill Christian Music

As humans endowed with free will, intellect, and the burning desire for transcendence, we should stop making Christian music. Here’s 5 of 100 reasons why:
  1. Writing a “Christian” song reduces Christianity to a modifying adjective. 
  2. Music is already Christian. 
  3. “If you label me you negate me.” 
  4. As a label, Christianity becomes an excuse for mediocrity.
  5. “Christian” music isn’t Christian.

It was a maximalist experience for two minimalists who love to collect. We sold off multiple collections, including snow globes, Mary sculptures, paperweights, Disney plates, nutcrackers, 21c penguins, walking canes, and 100 prints and paintings! Most of it was in storage, but plenty was on display. We did it by inviting our community of artists and collectors to an estate sale before opening it to the public. Museum Calls Off Kehinde Wiley Show, Citing Assault Allegations
