ISRAEL---You may have heard a number of times that Jerusalem is a holy city. The most unique thing about Jerusalem is that it is a holy city for 3 religions namely, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Jerusalem is holy land because it houses the only surviving Jewish temple, one of the oldest churches and a famous mosque, all within 20 square kms. [link]
  1. Original land of the Jewish people which Old Testament prophecy says they will be re-united.
  2. Jesus Christ was captured and crucified in Jerusalem and buried nearby.
  3. The Prophet Muhammad ascended from the Temple Mount directly to Allah.
