NEW YORK---I met New York photographer Josh Bulriss in Pittsburgh this summer, where the over-sized prints of his surprising photographs stopped visitors dead in their tracks. A passionate devotion to capturing the core of culture has driven Bulriss to wander the world where he occasionally Tweets a link to view one of his inspirational photographs. Most typically though, he simply shares positive affirmations like "Life's full of surprises!"
