The works on display at the IIC have an overtone of spiritualism and mysticism.
INDIA---It was a chance experiment with Chinese black ink that led R.K. Saini, a self taught artist and retired senior government official, to come up with his latest exhibition called “Aura-The Mystery”. Mr. Saini said he started by creating perfect circles on a paper using black ink. He then lifted colour off the black circle with a thin brush to create figures and designs that form part of his mystical works. Images of sages and wizard like figures lend a spiritual tone to his paintings. [link]
