JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR is my favorite musical of all time! How could it be anything but the pick of the week? The news of its return to Broadway has be so excited about Easter 2012 in NYC.
Many album covers are unique works of art commissioned by Record Companies that have been reproduced for mass distribution for the enjoyment of the artwork as an inducement to buy the music. While the reason for the commission is to promote the sale of the music, the answer to the A&O Question of Week remains "Yes," and especially in the case of this particular work by Ernie Cafalu. As Sister Wendy advises, a great work of art can only by its timelessness and this one has survived decades of use and enjoyment around the world, gracing the covers of vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, reel-to-reel tapes and broadway billboards.

I would like to say that I am greatly humbled and inspired by all your words, Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

Also a while back I had written a "Back Story" on the designing of this album, it is at:

I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I did in writing it. - Ernie Cefalu
