On March 25, in Illinois, the pastor's sermon at Cherry Valley United Methodist Church was on the stress & the comfort experienced by Jesus Christ during his Garden of Gethsemane. As illustration, Pastor Monty Fox used the real life example of his brother, Kansas artist Todd Dayton Fox who received God's comfort through painting his surrealist Passion Series. The lesson? God will always be there.

I see you are quite a fan of this guy. I'm not sure I am up for Jesus as a pigeon though.

It's not a pigeon! Jesus is portrayed as a Dove throughout the entire series.
So the series doesn't portray Jesus shown in the typical way. Who cares? It's called artistic interpretation, which most of us that are artists, or work in the art industry, can easily recognize and understand.
Therefore please give credit where it is due. Todd created something that came from deep in his soul instead of just copying what everyone else has done. That is a true artist and takes talent!
I have known the artist for most of my life and I can tell you that the fact that he is alive let alone creating beautiful art is miracle and a gift from God.
Keep up the Amazing work Todd Fox!!!!
